Order status, delivery timelines, and 60-day guarantee refunds are handled by the official checkout's customer service — your order confirmation email contains their direct contact and your order number, which you will need. Refund requests must start within 60 days of purchase, so do not sit on a decision — the window is generous precisely so you can judge the product over a real 60-day trial, but it is firm once it closes. Keep your confirmation email until you are certain you are keeping the product.

We read everything; corrections get priority, and substantive fixes update the article's “Updated” date. For order issues: your order number, the email used at checkout, and the date of purchase — refund requests especially stall without the order number. For content corrections: the article's address and the specific sentence or figure in question, ideally with the source you believe is right. For topic suggestions: a line on what you looked for and could not find. Clear messages get fast answers; we genuinely read all of them.
